I am thrilled to join Coldwell Banker 360 Team and bring my unique background and experiences to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Having lived on Whidbey Island for three decades, I have a deep understanding of what island life is like. Island living offers a close-knit community, stunning natural beauty, and a slower pace of life that many people find appealing. However, it also comes with specific challenges, such as limited access to certain services, unique weather patterns, and the need for a strong sense of community resilience. My long-term residency has provided me with the insight and experience to navigate these challenges effectively. I know the local market intimately, understand the nuances of island living, and can guide you through the intricacies of buying or selling a home in this special environment.
My diverse professional background includes years as a journeyman shipfitter, where I had the privilege of building National Geographic cruise ships and ferries for Kitsap and San Francisco, and repairing naval ships in Pearl Harbor. I also have experience as a commercial electrician and a mechanic. This hands-on experience has equipped me with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail—qualities that are invaluable in real estate. I am committed to leveraging these skills to ensure your home buying or selling process is smooth, efficient, and successful.
In my personal time, I am passionate about activities that bring people together and create a positive impact. Bowling, board games, and agate hunting are some of the ways I connect with friends and family, fostering strong relationships and a sense of community. More importantly, I am deeply committed to volunteering because I believe in giving back to the community that has given so much to me.
Raised with a strong sense of community involvement, I understand the importance of supporting and uplifting those around us. Whether it’s organizing welcome home packages for military families, supporting Seattle Children's Hospital, building homes for Habitat for Humanity, delivering Christmas gifts to seniors, participating in beach clean-ups, umpiring for softball leagues, or volunteering at Holland Happening, my goal is to make a tangible difference. Volunteering allows me to contribute to the well-being and happiness of my community, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.
Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I approach real estate with the same passion. I treat every client as if they were my own family, embracing the Hawaiian concept of 'ohana,' which means family. To me, family means no one gets left behind or forgotten. My goal is to give you my all, make the real estate process understandable and relatable, and always do what is best for you.
Are you ready to make a move? Buying real estate is one of the biggest decisions in life, and I believe it should be a cause for celebration, not stress. I am dedicated to bringing that excitement back to real estate and will always strive to secure the best possible deals for my clients. Let's work together to make your real estate dreams a reality.
